Faux marble Formica never looked
so good on a casket as it did the
day Fay Wray paid dearly
for biting the hand that held her.
Some may say Fay played
her hand and lost her head.
Others swear hair got in
her eyes and he couldn't
see them. I see now;
it was simply a case of
being ape heart too long.
At any rate, Wray got
her due for liking
Faux marble Formica
in the first place.
Sirrah, by my fay, it waxes late, said a bard.
"So long, my Fay, fate wacks you," said I.
